The hotel offers amazing rooms with a lovely view of the white buildings of Tunis. The rooms are hot but come with decent facilities. The service is top-notch, with staff accommodating various requests and maintaining spotless conditions. The dining experience can be hit or miss, with breakfast choices varying in quality. The hotel boasts great facilities overall.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were not yet fully prepared, missing some amenities, but they were quite hot instead of cold as expected, likely due to a previous no-show. On the bright side, the service was top-notch and the location, despite being somewhat inconvenient, benefited from diligent security measures. The dining experience left much to be desired, yet the facilities were acceptable.
